Discord, a San Francisco-based firm, is now the third international technology platform to be limited in Russia after being stopped by the country's communications authority for breaking Russian legislation, the TASS news agency said on Tuesday. Russia has been enforcing the removal of content that it deems illegal from international technology platforms for several years. When corporations refuse to cooperate, the government often imposes very minor fines.
