A new Paychex survey of over 1,000 business owners and HR leaders reveals widespread AI adoption among small businesses, with 72% reporting positive sentiment towards the technology. The study shows AI implementation has boosted productivity for 66% of users, while delivering cost savings (44%), revenue growth (40%), and improved recruiting (35%). According to Beaumont Vance, Paychex SVP of data and analytics, AI serves as "a great equalizer" for small businesses, with 82% of respondents viewing it as beneficial and 76% expecting significant impact within five years.
