The Indian government has inaugurated "Yashobhoomi," a world-class exhibition center in Delhi with one of the world's largest MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) facilities. The facility spans over 180,000 square meters and aims to provide a platform for international buyers and local industries, including MSMEs, startups, artisans, and craftsmen. Yashobhoomi's state-of-the-art facilities and multimodal connectivity will address logistics concerns, promote Make in India, and facilitate global market access for local products. This initiative has the potential to boost labor-intensive exports, create job opportunities, empower MSMEs, and enhance India's brand image globally. It aligns with the goal of "Atma Nirbhar Bharat" (self-reliant India). It contributes to India's economic, cultural, and social growth through exhibitions and conferences, which are expected to grow to a $6.7 billion market by 2026.
