The company leverages artificial intelligence and IoT-based technologies alongside risk management strategies to provide financial risk mitigation solutions for MSMEs. Having acquired its insurance license from IRDAI in May, RiskBirbal currently serves over 700 corporate clients. The platform offers personalized insurance coverage, balancing premium costs and benefits, with plans to create insurance products through a mix of Point-of-Service and direct software engagement. Additional services include policy audits, asset valuation, and data management. The Indian general insurance industry experienced a slower growth rate of 5% in 2021, prompting the need for increased insurance adoption among businesses for long-term resilience.
