ASML just gave us a first glimpse into how U.S. chip export curbs will dent its China sales

ASML, the Dutch chip equipment maker, has provided an early glimpse into the potential impact of U.S. export restrictions on its sales to China. The firm now expects its 2025 net sales to be in the range of €30 billion to €35 billion, lower than previously forecasted. This is partly due to geopolitical tensions and U.S. export controls, which are expected to reduce sales in China next year.
