Amazon has been setting the standard for package delivery for years. The global retailer is now using generative AI to promote greater same-day delivery. According to Steve Armato, vice president of transportation technology and services at Amazon, the company is utilizing the technology to improve delivery routes, build smarter warehouse robots, make workplaces more ergonomic, and more accurately forecast where to stock new products.
