At a recent crucial year-end strategy meeting with employees, tech giant Google CEO Sundar Pichai voiced fears about rival ChatGPT becoming as synonymous with AI as Google is with Internet search. According to reports, Pichai also urged Google employees to maintain their agility. During this meeting, the Google staff reportedly addressed the rise of the AI chatbot. Pichai strongly desired that Google maintain this position rather than allow OpenAI to take the lead.
