The collective mood for small business owners is on the upswing, and news of slower Federal Reserve interest rate cuts isn't likely to cut into their optimism much, according to a National Federation of Independent Business official. Holly Wade, the NFIB executive director of research, said interest rates staying higher for longer than expected will frustrate many small business owners.
